The registration fee for participants includes:

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Welcome reception and cocktail
- Conference gala dinner
Refund Policy: Registrants who are unable to attend and do not designate a substitute may request a refund of their registration fee. Refund requests submitted before the 15th May 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of 80€. After this period, no refunds will be issued, and registrants will remain fully liable for the total registration fee.
